Wolodymyr Luciw, a long time resident of the greater Philadelphia area, died peacefully on Monday, August 4th, 2025.
He was a loving husband and proud father of three children, ten grand-children, three great-grand children plus one to arrive any day. He was also very proud of his brother and nieces and nephews.
He was a remarkable man who cherished every day of his life with his love for family and friends, his devotion to his Ukrainian heritage and his American freedom, and most of all, with his deep faith in God.
Wolodymyr, known as Tato, Dido, Vlodko or Walt to his family and friends, will be remembered for his kindness, his optimism, his wisdom, but most of all, his wonderful sense of humor.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday at 10:30 AM at Annunciation BVM Ukrainian Catholic Church, Melrose Park with Requiem Services sung at 11 AM. Military Honors will be held at 12:30 PM at St. Mary Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery followed by committal prayers.
We will cherish your memory forever.
