Wasyl J. Hrynczyszyn, also known as 'Bill' to his many friends, passed suddenly on May 11th 2020; he was 72 years of age
Born to John and Olga (nee Sczerbak) Hrynczyszyn he was a life long resident of Philadelphia. He served in Vietnam with the U.S. Army and upon his return he began his career as a Police Officer with the Philadelphia Police Department. After his retirement he went on to work with the Philadelphia School District in their Security Department.
Wasyl was predeceased in death by his brothers Sam Hrynczyszyn and Fred Hrynczyszyn. He is survived by his sisters Mary Rybak and Jennie Feyt. And by his brothers; John Hrynczyszyn; Mike Hrynczyszyn; and Pete Hrynczyszyn.
