Stephen J. Siwiecki

Stephen J. Siwiecki passed away peacefully on August 31, 2026.  He was 72 years old.  He is survived by his wife, Maryellen, their son, Stefan, and his five grandchildren (Claire, Audrey, Andrew, Brooke, and Grant), as well as his sister, Maryann Gramiak, and his niece Vera (Zach).
The son of Ukrainian immigrants, Steve graduated from Cardinal Dougherty High School, and began his career with PEI-Genesis, a company for whom he worked his entire career.  It was at PEI-Genesis that Steve met his wife, Maryellen, and their relationship bloomed. They married in 1978.
Steve spent his life dedicated to his family, working tirelessly to support them in any way possible.  He enjoyed times in Ocean City, NJ, including bike rides on the boardwalk.  His passions included spending time with his grandchildren and gardening.
Steve is predeceased by his parents (Stefan & Paraska Kowaluk Siwiecki) and his daughter-in-law, Catherine.
Relatives and friend are invited to celebrate Steve’s life at Fletcher-Nasevich Funeral Home on Friday, September 18th, beginning at 10 AM; Prayers will be recited at 11: 30 AM.  Interment services will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Elkins Park, PA.
