Serhiy Tymchuk

Serhiy Tymchuk, a resident of Philadelphia, died suddenly on Sunday January 14, 2024.  He was 52.

Born in Hvizdivtsi, Ukraine, he was a son of Ivan and Larysa (Maksymchuk) Tymchuk.  He worked in the construction field as a carpenter.

Serhiy is survived by his wife, Oksana Shumylo; his children: Yaryna, Natalia and Ivan Tymchuk; and his stepchildren: Galyna and Andrei Shumylo.

His viewing will be held on Tuesday at St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church, Bristol, PA at 9 AM.  Requiem Liturgy will be celebrated at 10 AM.  Burial will follow at St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Elkins Park, PA.
