Roman Stupen

  With great sadness, the family of Roman announce his passing on February 4, 2023 at the age of 60. 

Roman was born in Vynnychky, Ukraine on March 9, 1962, to Stefan and Ahafia (died 1993), and emigrated to the USA in 1998.

  Roman is survived by his loving wife, Halyna, and children Oleg (Anastasiya) and Yuliya; his granddaughters Julianna and Adrianna; his father Stefan; sister Maria (Slavik); his in-laws, godchildren, family from Ukraine, and friends from Ukraine, Italy, Canada and USA.  He was predeceased by his mother Ahafia. 

  Viewing will be held on Wednesday, February 8 at 6 PM with a Parastas to follow at 7 PM at St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church.  His funeral will be held on Thursday, February 9, with a viewing at 9 AM and Requiem Liturgy at 10 AM.  Burial will follow at St. Mary Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery.
