Raymond R. Fischer, of Northeast Philadelphia, passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age 63. Ray was the beloved son of Raymond B. Fischer and E. Joan Fischer. He will be missed by Tinamarie and their three daughters, Christina, Rachel and Madison, and two stepchildren, Jaclyn DiGiorgio and TK Memis.
Raymond grew up in Lawncrest, Philadelphia and spent his later years in Pennypack, Philadelphia. He loved both playing and watching sports, and he loved his Philly teams. Raymond's passion for music was a source of joy for everyone around him. His deep love for Led Zeppelin was a testament to his discerning taste in rock 'n' roll. Whether he was cranking up the volume on "Kashmir" or sharing his insights on the band's legendary performances, Raymond's enthusiasm was infectious, and his knowledge was unparalleled.
Raymond's playful spirit made him the life of any gathering. He had an uncanny ability to brighten even the darkest of days with his quick wit and playful humor. His jokes and pranks were legendary, and they never failed to bring laughter and light into our lives.
Ray's family will greet friends at 6 PM at the Fletcher-Nasevich Funeral Home. Interment services will be private.
As we say goodbye to Raymond, let us remember the joy he brought to our lives, the laughter he shared, and the love he gave so freely. In his memory, may we find inspiration to be more loving, more supportive, and more playful in our own lives.
Raymond, you will be forever missed and forever loved. Rest in peace, dear friend. Fly high with the Eagles, and may your spirit be forever serenaded by the timeless tunes of Led Zeppelin.
