Survived by his wife Annama Raju; children Raji Jacob (husband Jacob B.), Shaji Raju (wife Priya Shaji), Saji Varghese (wife Giji Joseph) and Rijo Varghese (wife Joyse Varghese); grandchildren Anju Elsa Jacob, Aji Jacob, Shreya Anna Shaji, Evan Rijo, Jeny Anna Saji and Jewel Anna Saji; siblings Joseph Varghese, late Molly Varghese, Alexander Geevarghese, Georgekutty Varghese, Sunny Varghese, Jose Varghese, and Thomaskutty Varghese.
