Peter Wytish, Jr.

Peter Wytish, Jr., of Southampton, PA, entered into eternity on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at the age of 83.

Born in Philadelphia to the late Peter Wytish, Sr. and Cecelia (Wyrsta), he spent the majority of his life living and working in Philadelphia and its suburbs.  He was a proud Ukrainian-American, known for his kindness and generosity.  He served in the Air Force and Air Force Reserve and was known throughout the community as the owner and operator of The Avengers pest control company.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and uncle who took joy in every moment he spent with his family.

He is survived by his son, Peter W. Wytish and wife Alice; grandchildren, Melissa Wytish, Ashlei Wytish, Shane Petrillis, Taylor Schrock and husband Bobby; great-grandchildren, Morgan, Adreonna, Montana, Timothy, Owen and Montana.  He is also survived by his brother, William Wytish and wife Nellie; nephews and niece, Rt. Rev. Bishop Nicholas (Michael) Wytish, Andrea Wytish and Alex Wytish; and great nephew Alex Wytish.

Pete was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife Rita and nephew and godson, William Wytish.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Friday, February 11, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 12 Noon at Fletcher-Nasevich Funeral Home.  The Funeral Service will take place at 12 Noon with the Rt. Rev. Bishop Nicholas (Wytish) as celebrant.
