Mykola Koziar, a resident of the Fairmount section of Philadelphia, died Wednesday, August 28, 2019, after a short illness. He was 82.
Born in Zastavia, Ukraine, Mykola was the son of the late Arsen and Maria (Datsko) Koziar. He owned his own construction business before retiring.
He is survived by his wife, Elena (Zachleniuk) Koziar; his son, Oleg Koziar and his wife Rimma; his daughter, Maria Zimka and her husband Vitaliy; his grandchildren: Anna (Alex) and Bohdan and; his great-grandchildren: Nicholas and Vladimir.
Mykola's viewing will be held on Saturday at 9:30 AM at the Fletcher-Nasevich Funeral Home. Requiem Services will be sung at 10 AM. Burial will follow at St. Mary Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Elkins Park, PA.
