Michael Bobbie

Michael Bobbie, a longtime resident of the Lansdale area, died Monday October 6, 2025.  He was  92. Born and raised in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Nicholas and Anna (Chubata) Bobbie. After attending a Vocational High School where he took up drafting, he attended the Philadelphia School of Art where he excelled as an artist.  Mike worked as a draftsman until he retired. 

He loved his family and relatives always attending our family gatherings.  Mike was the youngest of seven and served in the Air Force

Mike is survived by his sister Ann Ohrenich and is predeceased by his siblings, Catherine Stefanic, Mary Kolodzey, Wesley Bobbie and John Bobbie as well as his friend Paul Raggio.  He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Mike's viewing will be held on Saturday at Presentation of Our Lord Ukrainian Catholic Church at 10:30 AM.  Requiem Liturgy will be sung at 11 AM.  Burial will follow at St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery.
