Michael T. Barger

Michael T. Barger passed away suddenly on May 29, 2021 in Myrtle Beach, SC, just four days before his 51st birthday.

Michael was born in Philadelphia, PA on June 2, 1970 to Walter, Jr. and Joan (Evert) Barger. After High School he joined the Air Force Reserves at Willow Grove, where he was a Load Master of C130 cargo planes. Michael was self-employed as a home improvement specialist, proficient in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills.

He will be sadly missed by Carol Cleary, sons Michael, Jr. and Timothy Duke Barger, Brittany Cleary, parents Walter, Jr. and Joan Barger, brother Walter, III (wife Rochelle) Barger, nieces Lauren and Amanda, aunts Lynda (Barger) (husband Robert) Henion and Ruth (Barger) Foley, cousins Donna Reigle, Lynda Otis and Kimberly Harley, and many friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to share their condolences with his family on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 from 10 am until 11 am, followed by his Memorial Service at 11 am, at the Fletcher-Nasevich Funeral Home, 9529 Bustleton Ave., Phila., PA 19115. Interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Michael's memory may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
