Mariam Mathew

Mariam Mathew was born on March 8, 1951, to the late Mr. & Mrs. Paulose Pappanal Thomas & Aliyamma Paulose of Pappanal House, Peruvanthanam P.O. Idukki, Kerala, India. She was the only daughter out of two brothers. Mrs. Mathew married Mr. Mathew Zachariach of the Kalathoor House, Kanjirappally in 1976. They were blessed with a long married life of 48 years and two children. The eldest child is their son Binoy Mathew. Their youngest child is Bincy Mathew, who married Joji Mathews and they have four children. The eldest is Annabel Joji, the second eldest is Angela Joji, the second youngest is Joshua Joji, and the youngest is Daniel Joji.

Mrs. Mariam Mathew has two siblings. The eldest, late Mr. P.T. Paulose and the youngest, late Mr. Pappanal Raju Thomas. Mrs. Mariam Mathew completed high school as her highest level of education. She was a housewife when she was in India. She came to the USA in 1999. She worked for a mailing company in New Jersey and for the Philadelphia Inquirer Newspaper for about 15 years. Mrs. Mariam Mathew's nickname was "Molly". She started showing signs of her disease in 2016. After a few years she became bedridden in 2021. Mrs. Mariam Mathew will always be remembered for her great love for her family and close friends. Her love and care towards family was very generous.
