Maria Charyszyn

Maria Charyszyn, a resident of New Hope, PA and formerly of Philadelphia, PA, died Wednesday, December 6, 2023.  She was 93.

  Born in Otyniya, Ukraine, Maria was a daughter of the late Peter and Anelka Olijnyk.  A homemaker, Maria and her late husband Wasyl raised four children.  Her survivors include Steven Charyszyn (Tracy) and Anna Fischetti (Jason); her grandchildren: Collin, Kevin (Elizabeth), Michael Jr., Jessica (Rob), Tina (Rob) Kimmy, Steven, Melanie, Justin and Alana.  She is also survived by her daughters-in-law, Sharon and Maryann and is predeceased by sons, John and Michael.

  Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Saturday at 9 AM at Annunciation BVM Ukrainian Catholic Church.  Requiem Liturgy will be celebrated at 10 AM.  Burial will follow at Lawnview Cemetery.
