Lucienne Frappier-Mazur

Lucienne Frappier-Mazur of Center City Philadelphia died Monday, March 16, 2026.  She was 93.

Lucienne was born in Marseille, France, a daughter of the late Jean and Jeanne (Serres) Frappier.

She is survived by her son, Francois-Ihor Mazur and his wife Iryna Mazur.

Friends are invited to her viewing on Friday from 1 PM to 3 PM.  

In lieu of flowers, donations in Lucienne's memory may be made to the Ukrainian Federation of America.
