Julia (Kril) Jakubowsky

Julia Jakubowsky passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2019, at the age of 97.

She was predeceased by her husband, John, her parents, John and Maria (Molodyj) Kril, and her younger siblings: Katarina, Anna, Michajlo and Emilia.

Julia is survived by her loving and devoted daughters: Olga and Alexandra (Lesia) Mindziak (Basil).

Beloved grandmother to grieving grandchildren William (Michelle) Mindziak and Erica (Adrian) Tkach.

She is greatly missed by her loving great grandchildren, whom she dearly loved and they love her: Derek Mindziak, Marlena Mindziak, Madison Mindziak, Nicholas Tkach, Bohdan Mindziak, Meadow Mindziak, and Nina Tkach.

She gave and got the greatest gift - Love of Family.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Monday, July 22, 2019, from 6 to 8 PM with Parastas at 7 PM at the Fletcher-Nasevich Funeral Home, 9529 Bustleton Ave., Phila., PA 19115 and Tuesday, July 23, 2019 from 9 to 9:45 AM in the Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, 830 N. Franklin St., Phila., PA 19123, followed by Requiem Liturgy at 10 AM. Interment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Elkins Park, PA.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests Liturgies; or donations to St. Basil the Great Convent; or Zudak - for food for Babcie and Diducie (grandmothers and grandfathers) in Ukraine.
