Joseph H. Lebisky, 52, of Milltown, New Jersey, passed away quietly at home on July 17, 2026.

Born on September 12, 1973, Joe was the son of Christine and Craig Lebisky and grew up in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania.  He graduated from Bishop McDevitt High School and went on to study at American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Services.  Joe worked as a licensed Funeral Director for 30 years and supported countless families with dignity and care, earning the respect of colleagues and the deep gratitude of the families and communities he served.

While Joe lived and worked in various places across the country during his career, before settling in Milltown, he always carried the Jersey Shore with him. No matter how far life and work took him — Massachusetts, California, Arizona or Washington — he returned to the Jersey Shore whenever he could.  Deep‑sea fishing was his happiest escape, a place where he found calm and joy. Those early mornings on the water, the salt air, and the quiet patience of waiting for a strike were moments that grounded him.  For Joe, the Jersey Shore was more than a destination; it was a piece of his heart he carried through every chapter of his life.

Joe is survived by his beloved wife, Martine; his son, Harry; and his stepchildren Tyler, Kayla, and Logan, all of whom were the center of his world.  He is also survived by his mother, Christine; his father, Craig; his aunt, Debra; his brothers, David (Jennifer) and Michael (Lisa); and his nephews and niece.  Joe will be deeply missed by his family, who felt the full force of his personality every day — his quick wit, his perfectly timed movie quotes, and the way he could make you laugh even when you didn’t want to.  He had a gift for turning ordinary moments into memories, for easing tension with humor, and for reminding the people he loved that life was meant to be enjoyed.  His absence leaves a space that his family feels profoundly, but the joy he brought into their lives will echo for years.  His family has been greatly comforted by the many people who have shared funny stories of Joe since his passing. 

A life devoted to helping others leaves a long shadow, and Joe’s legacy endures in the families he comforted, the friends he made, and the loved ones who carry his memory forward.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Thursday, July 23rd at 6 PM at the Fletcher-Nasevich Funeral Home, 9529 Bustleton Ave., Phila., PA 19115.  Joe's funeral will be held on Friday, July 24th with a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 10:30 AM at St. Hilary of Poitiers Roman Catholic Church, 820 Susquehanna Rd., Rydal, PA 19046. (NO VIEWING FRIDAY MORNING)

Burial will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne, PA.
