John Lashendock III

John Lashendock III, a life long resident of Philadelphia, died Wednesday, November 20, 2024.  He was 64.

Born in Philadelphia, John was the son of the late Olga (nee Bega) and John Lashendock.  He attended area schools and was employed as manager at Taco Bell in the Philadelphia Mills before his illness.

John is survived by his wife, Marie (nee Meighan) Lashendock, as well as his sisters: Eva Sosnowyj (Michael) and Anne Marie Macelko (Michael).  He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Marie (Dziadon) Meighan and sisters-in-law: Karen Sweeney (Brian), Theresa Paiano (Bill) and Colleen Hines and his nephews and nieces.  He is predeceased by his parents, his nephew John Sosnowyj, his father-in-law Edward J. Meighan Jr., and his brother-in-law Nick Hines.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Tuesday at 10 AM at the Fletcher-Nasevich Funeral Home.  Services will be held at 12 noon.  Burial will be private.
