Jean Bednarczyk

  Regina 'Jean' Bednarczyk, a resident of the Somerton section of Philadelphia since 1966, died Tuesday, August 30, 2022.  She was 80.

  Born in Philadelphia, Jean worked for many years as a packer at Whitman Chocolates on Roosevelt Boulevard until it closed. 

  Jean was the beloved wife of the late Leonard Bednarczyk (Len died in 2008); she was the loving mother of Charles, Andy (Miriam) and Michelle (Michael) and the dear G-Mom of Jared (Alyssa), Colin, Teagan and Rylie.

  Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Saturday at St. Christopher Roman Catholic Church at 9 AM.  Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM.  Burial will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
