Esther McGovern

Esther McGovern, a resident of Landenberg, PA, and formerly of Trevose, PA, died Sunday, December 4, 2022.  She was 94.

  Born in Minas de Matahambre, Cuba, Esther was the daughter of the late Esteban and Lucia (Ceballos) Gomez. 

  She is predeceased by her husband, Joseph Peter McGovern (Joe died in 2007) and is survived by her son Steven (Ingrid) of Landenberg, PA and their children Victoria (Nathan) Stauffer, Rachel (Hameem Mazahreh, fiancé), Christopher (Danielle) and grandson James Christopher and son Michael (Catherine) of North Branch, MN and their children Ceara, Michael II, Brock, and Giana Rose.

  Relatives and friends are invited to Esther's viewing on Friday at 10 AM at St. Christopher RC Church 13301 Proctor Road, Philadelphia, PA.  Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM.  Entombment will follow at Rosedale Memorial Park, Bensalem, PA.
