Emily F. Walsh, a resident of Oxford Rehabilitation Center (formerly Attleboro Village) in Langhorne for over 35 years, died Thursday, April 28, 2022, at her residence, just one week shy of her 101st birthday.
Born and raised in the Bustleton section of Philadelphia, Emily was the fourth child of Alice and Edward Foster. A graduate of Frankford High School, Emily worked for Proctor-Silex Company as an inspector for many years before retiring; she married her husband, James W. Walsh in 1955 and she was a life member of Bustleton United Methodist Church.
An original resident of Attleboro Retirement Village, Emily most loved her over 25 years of volunteer work at St. Mary's Hospital in Langhorne.
Emily is predeceased by her husband James and is survived by many nieces and nephews. Her services will be private.
