Eduard Baverov of Palm Harbor, Florida died Thursday, October 22, 2020; he was 84. Born in Kiev, Ukraine, he was the son of the late Ivan and Viera (Husinina) Baverov.
Ed was employed as a tool and die machinist for the electronic technology and glass industries for many years before retiring.
He was the brother to the late Valentina Kuzmen. Ed is survived by his twin sons: Victor Baverov and Nicholas and his wife Andrea Baverov. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Allison Marie Baverov and Nicholas Edward Baverov, Jr., and his nephew Val Kuzmen and his family and his nieces Claudia Brozda and Kate Cox and their families.
Ed spent his time between Florida and New Jersey. He was an avid fisherman. Ed enjoyed playing cards, chess and dominos with his friends.
He was a huge fan of soccer and coached when his sons were young.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Saturday at St. Stephen's Orthodox Cathedral at 9 AM. Requiem Services will be sung at 10 AM. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery.
