Dorothy Jule Hawryliw

Dorothy Jule Hawryliw passed away on Friday, September 24. 2021 at the age of 78.  She was the daughter of the late William and Juliet (Roels) Crussard. 

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Adrian Hawryliw; her children, Christine and Michael; her grandchildren, Matthew (Caileen) and Adrianna; and great-grandsons Gavin, Lucas and Colin.  She is also survived by her brother John (Marie) Crussard and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Dorothy was born in 1942 in Philadelphia; she had a happy childhood and enjoyed dancing on American Bandstand.

She graduated from Northeast High School and worked in the banking and insurance industry; she also served as a flight attendant for the Caribbean Airlines and served the communities of Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery counties as a realtor for over 25 years.  

Dorothy and her husband loved vacationing with their children in Wildwood Crest, NJ and their occasional trips to many parts of the country.  She spent her retirement traveling the world with her husband.  Over the last 20 years, both Dorothy and Adrian enjoyed their free time on cruise ships.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Friday at 9:30 AM at the Fletcher-Nasevich Funeral Home.  Dorothy's Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12 noon at St. Cecilia Roman Catholic Church.  Burial will follow at Lawnview Cemetery.

Donations in Dorothy's memory may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
