Dominick Lucenti Obituary

Dominick Lucenti  1935 – 2024

Dominick Lucenti (Pop) passed away on October 17, 2024 surrounded by his family.

He was born to Italian immigrants Epifanio and Carmella (DeLise) in Bristol, Pennsylvania.  He was married for 70 years to the love of his life, Maryanne (Gosline) after first meeting her at the age of 16.

Dominick is survived by three children, Thomas (Susan), Ellen (Stanley Stevenson), and Robert (Monica).  He was proceeded in death by his sister, Elisa Chimera, and his brother Frank.

Pop was greatly loved by his ten grandchildren, Dominick, Katherine, Steven, Bridget, Thomas, Jamie, Samantha, Nicholas, Sarah, and Anthony as well as his many greatgrandchildren.

Dominick started his professional career as a design draftsman engineer at Bristol Engineering, followed by working at Morton-Thiokol, and later Delaval.

He will be most remembered for his craftmanship of making furniture and various craft pieces from wood for his family and friends.

Pop was very proud of his Italian heritage and loved taking his family on trips, especially an annual vacation to the beach at Sea Isle City, which was a tradition for thirty-eight years.

His family will greet friends on Thursday at 9 AM at St. Mark's Roman Catholic Church.  His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM.  Committal prayers will follow at Bristol Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family request a donation be made to St. Mark’s Church located in Bristol Pennsylvania or to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in his memory.
