Domingos Marques

Domingos Marques, a resident of Northeast Philadelphia, died Thursday, July 7, 2022.  He was 87.

  Domingos' journey began on November 26, 1934 in Gouvães da Serra, Portugal.  He married the love of his life, Felicidade, and together they built a beautiful family based on love.  They had seven children: Angelina, Fernanda, Alcina, Jacinta, João, Manuel and Fernando; seventeen grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

  Domingos loved gardening, riding his bike, making wine, but most importantly, he loved spending time with his family.

  Domingos was a kind, loving and loyal man.  He was always willing to help when needed .  To know him is to love him.

  He passed peacefully on July 7, 2022, surrounded by his children  and loved ones.

  Domingos' legacy lives on through his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Wednesday at 9 AM at Resurrection of Our Lord Church.  His Funeral Mass will begin at 11 AM.  Burial will follow at Lawnview Cemetery.
