Dolores Melish

Dolores Melish, a resident of Huntingdon Valley, PA and formerly of the Burlhome section of Philadelphia, died peacefully on Saturday, July 19, 2021.  She was 89.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, Dolores was the daughter of the late Jessie and Edith (McCormack) Hollawell.  After her high school years, she worked for many years as a quality control examiner for a clothing manufacturer before retiring.

Dolores was the wife of the late Leo Melish (Leo died in 2003) and was the mother of Edith Keller, Leo J. Melish and the late Robert Melish (JoAn); she was the loving grandmother of Morgan Melish and the late Kaitlyn Keller.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Thursday at 10 AM at the Fletcher-Nasevich Funeral Home.  Her Vigil Service will begin at 11 AM.  Burial will follow, with Rite of Committal, at St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Elkins Park, PA.
