Bella Chertova

Bella Chertova, a resident of Northeast Philadelphia, died Tuesday, August 12, 2025.  She was 77.

Born in Belarus, she was a daughter of the late Hyim and Mattla Dardik.  In Belarus, she was a payroll manager for a local transportation company.  She and her family emigrated to the United States in 1999.

She is survived by her sons, Semen Chertov and Vladimir Chertov.  She is predeceased by her parents and her husband, Gennadiy Chertov.

Her viewing will be held on Friday at 12 noon at the Fletcher-Nasevich Funeral Home.  Services will be held at 1 PM with committal to follow at William Penn Cemetery.
