Olga Rybak, a longtime resident of the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia, died suddenly on Thursday, May 10, 2018. She was 94.
Born in Lviv, Ukraine, Olga was the daughter of the late Petro and Eva Czajka.
A homemaker, Olga is survived by her children: Peter Rybak, Walter Rybak and his wife Mary, Alexandra Redgate and her husband Joseph, Olga Pollard and her husband Bill, Daria Kelly, Jerry Rybak and Frank Anger. She is the proud grandmother of Heather, Margaret, Stephanie, Stacey, Walter, Michael, John, Bill, Sean, Jim, Tina, Michael, Nicole, Jessica and Frank.
and great-grandmother of Riahna, Liam, Declan, Michael J., John and Maria and is also survived by nieces and nephews in Ukraine. Besides her husband Petro, Olga is predeceased by her grandson Gerald Bun and her sisters Anna Malecki and Rosalia Kardash.
Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral on Wednesday at 9 AM at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. Requiem Services will be sung at 10 AM. Burial will follow at St. Mary Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Elkins Park, PA.
