Mary H. Marcynyszyn

Mary H. Marcynyszyn (nee Wagner) 55, of Philadelphia passed suddenly and unexpectedly on Monday March 26th 2018.

Mary, born in Philadelphia to John and Helen Wagner, was an educator and teacher. She taught in both the Public and Private school systems. Upon her retirement she continued to tutor and teach privately. Her students ranged in age from middle school through to mature adults with careers. She love to teach and took great pride in seeing her students learn.

Beloved wife of Gregory and  dear mother of the late Anne, she also leaves behind many dear friends and beloved relatives.

All are invited to her 11:30 AM Requiem Service at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, 24th and Poplar Streets, Philadelphia, PA 19130 on Friday April 6th. Family will begin greeting visitors at 10:00 AM, with her Panakhyda Service starting at 11:15 AM. Interment will follow at Saint Mary Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery in Elkins Park.
