Elaine Tacconelli

Elaine Tacconelli, a resident of Drexel Hill for over 40 years,  died Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at Bromall Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.  She was 82.

Born and raised in Southwest Philadelphia, Elaine was the daughter of the late William and Anna (Hatala) Kavchok.  She was a 1953 graduate of John Bartram High School and worked for many years as a retail associate at the Macy's store in the Springfield Mall.

Elaine is survived by her children: Dianne Groom, Theodore Tacconelli, III and Elaine Charlton; her four granddaughters: Alexandria Groom, Jacqueline Groom, Nicole Charlton and Heather Charlton; and her siblings: Irene Serpente, Andrea Wyman and Michael Kavchok.  She is predeceased by her husband, Theodore Tacconelli, II and her brother William Kavchok, Jr.
