Alexander Charkiw

Alexander Charkiw passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 11, 2019, at the age of 92.

Alexander was the beloved husband of the late Eugenia Charkiw and loving stepfather to the late Tony Rubel. He is survived by his daughter-in-law Marta Rubel and family in Ukraine and Poland.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing on Tuesday, May 21st, 9 AM at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, 24th and Poplar Streets, Philadelphia, PA.  Panakhyda Prayers will commence at 9:45 AM, followed by Requiem Services at 10 AM.   Interment at St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Cemetery, Trenton, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Alexander’s name may be made to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church.
